Why does simply being able to protect myself seem so foreign to you?

whatever mate im not getting into this with you, a guy was butchered in the street and this thread is about that and the people who carried how the attack. If you want to use this death to defend your gun rights then go start a thread in gun control.

The simple fact is that Radical Islam followers "claim" to follow Islam. However not all followers of Islam are radicals. Why the anti-Muslim crowd continues to blame ALL Muslims is beyond me.

Theses idiots were clearly radical and clearly deserve to die. However, to claim that we should not allow ANY Muslims into the US is just stupid blind ignorant hatred.

If it were as simple as some of these nitwits think you'd expect the streets in American cities to be much safer. I'm actually surprised they don't shoot each other more often.
Too, anyone who thinks this is about religion probably thinks the 'troubles' in Ulster were about religion.

This... "understand why they do it..." goes back more than 10-years.
It's moronic in the vein of how the Left frames it.

We hear gun owners impuned on this forum for not taking up arms since the argument is to have the ability to oust a corrupt government. It is a very small percentage of gun owners who commit mass shootings, and usually another gun owner (civilian, police or military) that takes them down. And yet we have half the country screaming that we need to get rid of the guns. So why then do the same people not want to outlaw Islam?
Because we don't have the Obama administration telling people they need to think that way.
