these studies are usually rather flawed. i would start by reading what they define as "strong" and 'conservative"

Strength is also highly variable, while intelligence is relatively constant.

You can be below-avg, and spend six months or a year hitting the gym hard and end up well above average, with no change in your IQ.

Then as you grow older you tend to lose strength, but not IQ until we're talking dementia or alzheimers or something.

So it's a highly questionable study...

lol @ arnold being a result of the juice. The guy clearly used, but you can give a 1000 men the same amount of gear and they won't even likely get half the results.

cowards are also far more likely to support strict gun controls. The theory is--guns remind cowards that other men are willing to accept the responsibility and the risk of making personal safety an individual duty rather than outsourcing it to the state. Thus cowards want to banish this reminder to them of their own failings

there is no correlation between physical strength and mental talent.

First of all, A Nation of Cowards isn't proof of anything. Second, I'm not anti-gun. I've explained this to you four or five times now. The fact that you keep falling back to that fallacious assertion demonstrates further how completely full of crap you are. You insist on misrepresenting anyone who disagrees with you (the act of an intellectual coward). That's a sad, sad thing. But I'm done having this debate with you, especially since we're hijacking the thread. If you feel the need to get in the last word, go right ahead. I'll be ignoring you.

People are missing the point here, it's not about hitting the gym and bulking up it's more about body type. IMO it is testosterone related and I have noticed in life that most lib men seem to be the pencil necks like Colmes and Thom Hartman for example while cons tend to be bigger beefier guys and as I said I think it is testosterone related. More testosterone makes you beefier and more aggressive and just maybe more conservative.
