    Good afternoon, ocean515.

LOL! And it has to be recurrent training, given some of the public's "attention span of a gnat." :

Now, the question is not how COULD they decimate state coffers, but how DID they, ESPECIALLY since allowing it to happen was voluntary?

    Explain...
OK, cite us evidence (i. e. actual numbers from state budget offices) of this decimating in the large space below and then I can explain it to you (once I get the citations). . .
For your convenience, I have provide the standard right wing source below--I'm sure he has the citations

    and to you Polgara.

I believe the attention span thing is counted on by those hoping the public has little of it.

I'm anticipating some kind of "bright shiney object" to be floated out soon, so all the attention is shifted from where it belongs.

No. No, no, no. The IRS wants YOU
Obviously the directive to stymie and investigate conservative 501(c)(4)'s and (c)(3)'s comes from the very top. Where has the term Tea Party terrorists come from? DHS, IRS, the Press, or the White House? Why have conservative groups come under attack, yet Progressive Leftist groups be allowed to violate the tenets of the rules set by the 501's. This fish stinks from the head.

Conservatives need more help citing information to back up their claims, so when you provide their official source, it helps them.

Really? You really want to do this?

California cities looking for economic recovery

Despite signs of economic recovery, many parts of the nation's most populous state are feeling a hangover from the collapse of housing prices, prolonged high unemployment and resulting declines in revenue. They are confronting soaring demands for spending on public workers' pensions and retiree health care while slashing services, rolling back pay and laying off cops, firefighters and other workers.

    So?

Really lame describing Limbaugh as an official source.

You might want to worry a wee more about your own sourcing and leave conservatives to their various sources, which you apparently haven't seen fit to notice. In just the past day, I've posted links from WaPo, HuffPo, Politico, ABC, CBS, and the NY Times, just to rattle off a few.

Comic Sans overload... Arial or Helvetica is better for reading.

Conservative groups are not under attack. As far as I know, those with overtly political names were given extra scrutiny when applying for tax exemptions.
