he will die in jail. I'm not usually for the death penalty but in this case i will make an exception i would like to see his spine snipped like he did to those babies

He was a crappy doctor, but wasn't he giving his customer what they wanted? When you pay for an abortion, don't you expect to get a dead "baby"?
 
If he'd have just scrambled them in the womb, he'd have been fine. It's ok to kill them as long as we can't actually see what's being killed.

(CBS/AP) PHILADELPHIA - Dr. Kermit Gosnell, the 72-year-old abortion doctor accused of murdering four babies after they were allegedly born alive during abortion procedures at his Philadelphia clinic, was found guilty of three counts of first-degree murder Monday.

Gosnell was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of a patient who came to him for a later-term abortion procedure.

He was acquitted of a fourth charge of first-degree murder.

The verdict was reached after ten days of deliberations and the announcement Monday that the jury was divided on two counts, though it wasn't immediately clear which counts those were.

He had been accused of severing the spines of babies whose mothers came to him for late-term abortion procedures at the Women's Medical Society, his clinic in West Philadelphia. He was also accused of third-degree murder in the death of Karnamaya Mongar, a 41-year-old immigrant who died after having an abortion at Gosnell's clinic.

First-degree for three babies and one involuntary manslaughter for a woman is all I've read so far.
 
I'm usually against the death penalty but what im going to think of it as a 280th-trimester medical procedure if he does get the death penalty

It's good to see him convicted, but it's sad that justice has yet to be served when it's completely fine to kill them if they were only still in the vagina or a few weeks younger.

Gosnel should be executed according to an abortion procedure. Let's see if that gets thrown out for being a "cruel and unusual punishment." If it's good enough for the innocent it should be good enough for the depraved scum of humanity who are not innocent.

well im glad he is guilty but what you said is simply not true "IF" any of those charges were for abortion performed after 24 weeks which he was charged with but i dont know if he was found guilty of that specifically.

If he preformed an abortion after that it doesnt matter what he did it since thats legal viability and the legal limit

I don't give a damn about the dead babies. It's the dead patients he should hang for; there's no excuse for running a medical clinic the way he did.

Yeah, when you hire a person to kill someone you expect him / her to get the job done, right? Murder should be legal should it not. I mean hell if a mother is tried of her son she hires a guy to kill him all in the name of killing a kid I'm sick of.
