BBC, After Benghazi revelations, heads will roll

Enjoying a couple of Friday martinis and watching the BHO gang twist, slowly, in the wind. Life is good. You?

That's the thing -- only rightwing partisans are watching. So Obama's laughing at another Issa fizzle.

How's that Fast and Furious impeachment thingie working out for you guys?

As for the lax security or the failure to provide a relief force, it very well could be there was no good choices. Sending in a 4 man SF team from Tripoli via a Libyan aircraft against who really knew at the time the strength of the opposition may have been considered putting more people in harms way and not worth the little help they could have provided. I do not know what they were armed with or much else about them. I do not have the answers.

Nobody else here has the answers either. At least you're man enough to admit it.

Then too some diplomats are very strong headed. If given advance notice that Benghazi might be teeming with the possibility of terrorist or terrorist threats, why didn't Stevens postpone the visit.

I've been wondering the same thing.

National media are now quite engaged. They hate being made to look like fools. No one's looking for impeachment, but Hillary probably won't run in 2016.

ask Obama for those records he hid for Holders behalf wrongfully using executive privilege to do so. there is a case going infront of a federal court that will force Obama to release those documents to congress and then we will see the Fast and Furious case move forward

Not bad Jack, had my normal Thai supper. One advantage of being married to one. At least I am one of a few that get real Thai food. Every Thai restaurant in the states I have been to, they tone down the food quite a bit to match the American not so hot pallet. Perhaps that needs a congressional investigation, Why do they call it authentic Thai food when it is not?

Because they want their customers to come back.

Not working out too well for the hundreds of innocent victims murdered by cartel members armed by the Obama Administration, including woman and children

What music did you listen to overseas?
My buddy spoke of Led Zeppelin and Steppenwolf.

I guess we will just sit and watch some more and wait to see if anything else comes out.

Meanwhile def and dumb progressives do noting just as long as they get their free money. While urban democratic youth protest to destroy capitalism...

But no - you're not a party anti-capitalist sociopaths that just destroy property - you're a "non-violent party that shapes ideas."

Of course the tea party are horrible people because they preach personal responsibility and individualism and despise collectivism, "group think" and socialism...

Being a georgia boy, I was never into that stuff. C&W, Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty, Roger Miller, George Jones, Johnny Horton, etc. Rock and Roll, Elvis, Beatles, Dave Clark Five, etc.

gma, good morning america, abc, this morning, josh elliott's interview with jonathan karl:

http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politic...t-12-revisions-scrubbed-of-terror-references/

Karl: The White House initially said it arose out of a spontaneous protest over an anti muslim video. That turned out not to be true, and the White House said they relied entirely on CIA talking points. But I have obtained 12 different versions of those talking points that shows that they were dramatically edited by the administration. What was taken out? All references to al Qaeda and all CIA warnings about the threat in Benghazi.

Elliott: How bad could this be for the State Department and its former head Hillary Clinton?

Karl: Well, that remains to be seen but, Josh, I have had emails read to me that show that many of these changes were directed by Hillary Clinton spokesperson at the State Department Victoria Nuland.

karl then reports on the now famous email expressing nuland's concern that the cia's talking points might be abused by members of congress

Karl concludes: After that email all of those references were deleted... They initially said only one word had been changed.

carney later said it was all a matter of style

you know who really needs to get out---even faster than you?

I don't care much about guns. I just enjoy it that people I don't like don't like guns.

What I'd like to see is Carney's resignation. I mean, he actually said, "Benghazi happened a long time ago." Today is the 8-month anniversary and not a long time at all.

What has gone on too long are the lies. If only the Admin had been forthcoming, it wouldn't be facing this now.

Back to repeating posts. I miss the good old days. How about that one on the deficit/debt?

Apparently they've learned about forthcomingness from the last administration.

Apparently they've learned about forthcomingness from the last administration.

And neither learned from Nixon's forthcomingness or the lack thereof.

Your stuff is all good.
I first heard the Beatles at Kirkland USAF base in '64 when we were on old 66 heading for Scott, the medical field.
I hated leaving Travis. The Giants, Northern California beauty, all the stuff Dad and I did.
He umpired Tug McGraw at Lodi in the California League.
But Travis had become the Gateway to you know where.

Yeah, after 2 or 3 days at Oakland Army Base.

You're off your game. That post was a first edition.

I am not quite there yet posting, I agree.
But I'm glad to be unretired and teaching again.
Newtown was on my birthday and it changed me.
Tomorrow night I will go to their prom. It's been many years.

Yeah, after 2 or 3 days at Oakland Army Base.

It still gets me how Kissinger handled that 2S deferment, ending it in an election year when they knew they wouldn't draft. I gambled on cynicism and won but always felt guilty. I was 1H for 7 years at #32. I still wonder about turning down the ROTC scholarship. You to me are like my buddy who is now gone. He had a life but mental and physical injuries caused much pain and the rest. He wasn't alone in our town either. I miss dM in here. And now I remember Nimbus. He made me laugh.
