    It's called Conservative "Personal Responsibility".

Oh I am sure that will go over just fine....pfft! Bunch of cheaters liberals are....

Oh so now the Obama administration is going to make sure that no lib is left out....And I am sure when they announce that Colbert-Busch won, in a district that reports a substantial amount more republicans than democrats, it'll be nothing to see here.....

You libs better realize this ain't NC, this is the south you are screwing around with now.....
PPP is a very accurate polling firm, they know what they are doing. As for being 9 points down a few weeks ago, there has been larger margins erased.
This Reform Party member thinks it is high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first and their political party further down the line. But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

Sanford won by eight points. Not even close.

Hopefully he won't bankrupt his district with taxpayer funded flights to his next orgasm.

No problem. I have it on good authority that the Democrats plan to wave a Latin tart at Governor "Wind Swept Somewhere" and he'll disappear for a while just at the wrong moment.

Re: Poll: Sanford vs. Colbert Busch too close to call

I saw one website earlier today saying this loss could be good for the Democrats. I can kind of see it that way. One seat doesn't really matter that much, especially since it will be probably lost in the 2014 elections anyway so it wouldn't really help to take the House. And now Democrats have a distraction in Mark Sanford that they can use.

Still, if I was a Democrat I'd see reasons to be worried. Sanford's campaign got all of the momentum when he started to really tie Colbert-Busch to Pelosi and the national Democrats. If that is the type of campaign style that'll work next year, it will not be a good year for them.
There should be Instant Runoff Voting

I kind of feel bad for j-mac that his persecution complex didn't come to fruition.

I think that what would piss people off is the cons pretending to be fiscally responsible and family values oriented and respect the sanctity of marriage after chosing this twat over 15 other reps who didn't use state money to fly to argentinia to cheat on his wife. Him actually stealing from the public to cheat on his wife in argentinia while n the job as governor, or the fact that cons will vote for him despite the clear problems with his morals and ethics because he has an R next to his name is not surprising at all. We already knew that they were liars and cheaters and support thieves and jerkoffs. We just don'rt care much for people like that playing the moral superiority card.

But now every time a con uses sanctity of marriage, family values, or fiscal responsibility we can smack them around with the sanford stick for fun.
