As the Regime destabilises it makes sense that neighbouring states would take measures to neutralise certain stock piles of weapons that it would deem a threat to their own national security. What's really going on, I have no idea.
Yeah, lets just hope it isn't perceived as that Israel is going just after Assad. They Might want to bomb some of the Rebels just in case. This way they can't be accused of interfering in a civil war.
