If they are self destructive they most likly would not concern themselves with buying such an expensive drug.
They would not care about protecting themselves from pregnancy
    .
Huh? That doesn't even make sense. Just because they're self destructive doesn't mean they want to be pregnant. This is the PERFECT method of birth control for those girls who are doing all kinds of things behind their parents backs, who are not on the pill and who are promiscuous. It's not hard for a promiscuous girl to get 50 dollars either, especially ones that go with older guys.

Actually condoms and or regular BC pills are much more effective than Plan B. Plan B is not the PERFECT method of birth control you seem to think it is.

And why should we be more concerned about a few promiscuous girls who go out with older guys then we are about young girls and guys who in the heat of moment made a mistake by having unprotected sex?

These young teens should not have to become parents or have an abortion when Plan B can be made available to them.
When it comes to matters of reproduce health, Politicians and the religious dogma of another faith should never interfere with religious liberty of an individual or her faith.

Plus, Plan B does not work if taken regularly

It is bizarre to think that someone is going to spend all that money on multiple doses of Plan B that won't work, when much cheaper alternatives (condoms, BC, etc) that do work exist

And what teenager is going to think of this? What teenager is going to know this? I'm betting very few. Then, hey look, she is now pregnant because she was a dumb teenager who thought that it would not be a problem just taking Plan B as her primary birth control method instead of actually having an adult step in or even know that she was at such a high risk of getting pregnant.

What teenager is going to spend $50+ a pop on a regular basis?

If they have that muc money to blow, there are bigger problems in that family than just a teen having sex

Any teenager that can so that they don't have to tell their parents. And another problem will be when teenage or older boys offer to pay for the Plan B if the girl has sex with him.

Many teenagers have jobs. Others have credit cards. And still others will simply steal, beg, or borrow it. Which is yet again another issue, since they may think they can do this and fail to that one time. Then, they're pregnant.

Your argument is laughable. There aren't many 15 year olds making that kind of money, an adult isn't going to regularly pay out $50 bucks for Plan B when Plan B doesn't work if used regularly, and if the kids is turning tricks, there are bigger problems in the family.

If they have a credit card, their parents will see the charges. And no 15 year old kid is going to embark on a crime spree to feed their Plan B addiction.

Your arguments are hysterical and screwy

Some 15 year olds absolutely would shoplife Plan B. Some 15 year old girls would believe their boyfriends when they told them they would pay for it, especially if the boyfriend is older and the 15 year old believes he has money to do it. Some 15 year old girls would borrow the money from friends or family, some telling what it is for others lying about it. And there are plenty of parents who just give their kids money when the kid asks. It isn't like they would have to tell what the money was being used for, they could lie and say school clothes, new shoes, school supplies, makeup, toiletries, or any combination of these. Not all credit cards show exactly what is bought, only where the charge was made. So they say they picked up medicine, feminine products, makeup (could easily get up to that much) or many other things for that amount and charged it.

And if the bf pays for it, then problem solved! If not, then she'll have to either buy it herself, get pregnant, or talk to her parents. Again, problem solved!

And if she manages to raise the money, she buys some Plan B, and she won't get pregnant. Problem solved!

But she's not going to be able to do that regularly.

And if the parents are so negligent then, as I said before, they have bigger problems than Plan B.

It is "solved" up until it doesn't work and she gets pregnant. This is the biggest reason that Plan B even says that it does not reduce pregnancies overall because many people come to rely on Plan B as birth control and then "whoops!" they can't afford it that one time and they are now pregnant. It is even more likely to happen in highly irresponsible people, aka teens and young adults.

And no, parents are not being "negligent" by simply trusting their teenaged daughters. You apparently feel that you wouldn't trust your teenage daughter if she told you she needed $50 for one or more of those things I mentioned, yet you would trust her to responsibly use Plan B or better yet trust her to have responsible sex as a teenager? Sort of messed up there isn't it?
