Boston suspect was under FBI surveillance, mother says

Boston suspect was under FBI surveillance, mothersays
    By Timothy Heritage
MOSCOW (Reuters) - One of the two ethnic Chechens suspected by U.S.officials of being behind the Boston Marathon bombings had been under FBIsurveillance for at least three years, his mother said.
    ….
"He (Tamerlan) was 'controlled' by the FBI, like, for three to fiveyears," she said, speaking in English and using the direct Englishtranslation of a word in Russian that means monitored.
"They knew what my son was doing, they knew what sites on the Internethe was going to," she said in what Russia Today described as a call fromMakhachkala, where she lives in Russia's Dagestan region after returning fromthe United States.

Tsarnaeva echoed the boys' father, Anzor, who said on Friday that hebelieved they had been framed. Both suggested in separate interviews that theFBI had made no secret of the fact that at least one of the brothers was beingwatched.

When I learned the suspects are Chechenya, I wrote the following comment. Then the above news comes. You always found the shadow of FBI in these cases.
"The target of a Chechnya should be Russia. Not US. The suspectsare more likely the recruits of US intelligence for the mission of "ArabSpring", "insurgents" or snitches to monitor Chechnya'scommunity in US. It's a puzzle. Are they another sacrifice?"

    true

but it is still a mystery to me why the US goverments never wanted to support them against russia

maybe they thought an independent (and islamist)Chechenya would be more dangerous for the long term benefits of USA in this region if we take into account that it would be another iran .

l also wonder something about the suspects of the bombing.

were they suspect or proven guilty ?

I don’t buy any of this radical Islam crap, and I’m certainly not shocked it was allegedly Russia that was claiming he was a terrorist or a “person to watch” in 2009 considering Russia hates Chechnya… What a convenient way for Russia to get the US to do their bidding?

Both these kids seemed to be pro-USA by the accounts of people who knew them thus far. The oldest wanted to box for the United States in the Olympics and the younger brother by all accounts was a laid back passive, harmless college student studying medicine – not to mention was an outstanding individual according to anyone that knew him personally.

I wouldn’t be shocked if these guys were coerced into doing this or that they didn’t do it at all.

These kids had absolutely no motive to do this.. The younger one certainly didn’t, and what they’re saying about the older brother seems to be epic propaganda.

I wouldn’t be shocked if the Russians threatened to kill their family if they didn’t do this and that is why the “uncles” are claiming he had “radical Islamic brainwashing” just so their family abroad could survive.

I’m not much of a conspiracy theorist when it comes to tragedies like this, but something is NOT right here… I’m 100% convinced these kids did not do this under their free will (if they did it at all)..

First, the mother and father may say anything and it's truth must be taken with a grain of salt. There are so many motives for them to have looked the other way or deny the kids' involvement - their testimony is thoroughly unreliable.

Secondly, I disagree with those who say the younger brother had no motive. We just can't know that short of asking him. Looking for a reason for outrageous actions that makes sense to all of us is a fools game when dealing with most 19 year olds. Their universe is largely self-centered and follows internal rules specific to them. Heck, the portion of their brains that control judgement hasn't always fully developed by then.

Right now, their guilt looks pretty solid from the video footage.

Total truth remains to be seem, but the 'Muslims Who Hate Americans' ideology has been seen before.

Re: Boston suspect was under FBI surveillance, mother says

The FBI has now concocted some ridiculous story on how the older brother came out shooting at the FBI from 10 feet away with a hand gun, then some alleged "heroic" FBI officer "tackled him" then the younger brother drove a SUV at the FBI - hitting and dragging the older brother while the FBI agent miraculously jumped to safety ... Of course the FBI officer claims that at minimum there were 200 shots fired (that I can believe from the video)..

Really? the brothers were only outnumbered 100 to 1, cops have itchy trigger fingers - especially when they know they can kill someone for sport and get a commendation, pat on the back and be viewed as a "hero." I don't buy the notion 100+ shots were fired (some as close as 10 feet away) after the older brother came out "blasting" and he was somehow tackled.

I've had it with our lying law enforcement agencies and our lying law enforcement officers who like to tell "fish tales" or outright make **** up.

They were coerced somehow.... Their family in Chechnya is calling him/them a radical while their family/friends/acquaintances/neighbors in the US are calling them good decent people.... It makes no damn sense...

I think the Russians did something to their family in Chechnya to make them do this. That was not a "willing act" of terrorism...
