The AP report comes as several news sources said investigators have identified images of a suspect seen delivering one of the explosive devices that killed 3 people and injured more than 170 at the finish line of the marathon.
However, there were conflicting reports regarding the arrest, which CNN also reported. Sources tell USA TODAY and several other outlets that no arrest had yet taken place. NBC also reported that there had been no arrest as of 2:15 p.m. ET.
CNN's John King quotes the sources as saying that surveillance video from a nearby Lord &Taylor department store was key in the investigation. Television footage also played a role, CNN reports.
Janet Napolitano said officials continue to investigate the bombing with the FBI as a solitary act of terror.....snip~
Lets hope this is the guy.....they seen someone deliver a package. Although 4 Bombs I kept thinking it had to be more than One person. Not that it couldn't be done by one person. He would just have to be real good.
Which is sadder....the fact someone did this in the first place or that there are people here on both sides of many debates here on DP that are gleefully waiting to find out who it was for no other reason than to start pointing fingers and blaming the other side... IMHO, both are equally as saddening. Equally as dangerous.

I wouldn't be surprised if the sarin mail attacks were coordinated with this to make such small attacks seem bigger as they happen simultaneously.
