The United States should be embarrassed by Benghazi in that a punk bunch of religious fanatics were able to murder Americans and there was no response by those who should have been there to help them. Instead they let them fight alone to their deaths.
Obama doesn't need Fox news to make him look bad. This idjit can do it all by himself.
Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom.

Yet you are a person exhibiting hair-on-fire emotionalism! Get a grip on your hatred fueled hysteria. You can't say "this appears to be an act of terror" without being hysterical?
You seem to be a person who needs to be told what to do when crap gets a little hinky. Not everyone can handle bad news and stress. In fact, I'd venture to say that is probably the BEST reason for President Obama keeping the lid on yesterday. People such as yourself need to back off a couple of clicks while the adults handle it.
After every event such as OKC, 911, the Cole, Katrina, and most recently Newton and all the similar occurrences in between there are massive after action reports that are conducted. Following that there are studies, replays of the events and the players involved, the first responders and on and on and on. Everything is reviewed, torn apart, critiqued and re-structured and re-planned. Following that there are drills, live and table top using the information learned. Then there are more drills and corrections and more drills. Public information is VERY MUCH part of this process.Ok, so 3 people die in Boston in an act of terror and 24 hours is about the right time frame, for you. What would have been the right time from for 9/11? The USS Cole? Oklahoma City? Since you have to sliding scale handy there, why don't you give us the true proper time frame.
I have participated in emergency planning and response at state and local levels for almost a decade. I've seen the process up close and personal. I will tell you and anyone, our governments, state and federal, are doing one hell of a fine job. As Americans we have every reason to be proud of what they do and how they get it done. Those men and women are consummate professionals.
What the President of the United States did or didn't say yesterday was based on lessons learned from previous national tragedies. Of that I have not one slight bit of doubt. Calm men and women well trained, dedicated, trained and trained from the experiences of previous events advised the President's staff as to what should or should not be said, when and why. There were likely protocols that were developed before yesterday and were already in place when it was time for the President to respond.
You can hate and push your obvious and shameful political agenda all you want. Nothing anyone can say is going to stop your political hysteria, but I can promise you that none of the people involved in the President's response yesterday allows petty political bitchiness to play a part in their dedication to this nation.
That's absurd and childish. Why would that be public knowledge? You seem to think this entire thing is a big CSI television extravaganza.Really? Name one instance were not calling a terror attack a terror attack will help law enforcement catch the bad guy.

Since this looks like a lone wolf and possibly domestic terror, I am not sure much could have been done to prevent it regardless of who sits in the WH. Time may tell a different story, but for now, I think people should prepare themselves for the copy cat efforts that usually come out of these big media events.
