Seems to me that if you don't want people to hear what you have to say, then don't say it. Especially in the world of politics.

You don't think we should have a right to privacy? Should pollice be able to listen in to a suspect's private conservations with a lawyer? I mean if they don't want anyone to hear it, they shouldn't say it right?
