The parents should be responsible for their childrens' upbringing, not the government. Bad decision by the court.

I don't know what's right or wrong with this issue, but it sure makes a person feel sad about the depths to which our society has sunk when people are going to court so young teens can get abortion pills.

The minors thing was a figleaf for restricting access to women of all ages. Now that the drugs are available OTC where are the clamoring hordes of pregnant 11 year-olds going to get the 50 bucks to buy the pill?
    Don't work out, work in.

If their mom's or dad's work for a Catholic institution, they'll get them free under the Obamacare Fluke provisions.

Yeah, it's almost as if we should educate young people about sexuality and its consquences. Wait, conservatives are against that.

Maybe it's better to just wish real hard that modern life will go away -- that's the tea party technique.

I have to agree with this.

Conservatives and anti-abortion activists poisoned the well (as usual) by their dishonesty. There's a genuine issue about making any type of drug available to minors, but the GOP and its hacks politicized this medical decision. As usual.

They are against you educating young people about sexuality and its consequences? I was unaware they were against that.
