Which god? I assume since you believe in tradition your marriage was arranged, your wife is not allowed to work, you physically discipline her when she gets mouthy, and you certainly never wear mixed fabrics while eating a ham sandwich. You wouldn't want to go to hell.

It cannot be any worse than the damage done by christianity.

Look I am not saying homosexuals should be beaten or shunned. I am just saying that the holy covenant of marriage should not change. Why can't we allow homosexual couples the same rights as married couples and preserve traditional marriage.

Their is a map of the USA that shows in shades of red and pink where those facebook members who changed their profile pics are located. They are concentrated in large cities and college towns. I believe that this is evidence that our youth have been indoctrinated by marxist / socialist professors. I also believe that God will punish our nation for the cesspool that it has become. In my home state of Texas most didn't support this campaign of intolerance towards traditionalist with the exception of Austin. Please pray that the SCOTUS does the right thing and also pray for the family and our children. And while your at it pray for the misguided youth of America. But most of all pray for the homosexual and remember to hate the sin and love the sinner.

Yes, because anyone who believes that all people are created equal, and that radical religionists like you shouldn't be using the government to enforce your jesus values, is clearly a socialist.

Do you have any idea what a socialist is?

Oh, and luckily an increasingly large number of people don't give a flying rat's ass about your made up god. So we're not exactly shaking in our boots. Keep being a bigot.

Christianity didn't invent marriage, so you can't call dibs.

Yeah, you are in the minority, though polls show a clear and rising majority who support gay marriage. But remember that if you bring up evidence that completely contradicts his fantasy he will just say those people are a disgrace and not count them.

Look we know why you are angry and striking out. It is the end for people like you. Things are shifting, and even your politicians are backing off their anti-gay stance. So you better hope god comes here soon because if he doesn't you are going to have to live with the reality of gay marriage.

Perhaps marriage would have more respect as an institution if there won't so many quicky divorces, children born out of wedlock, deadbeat dads, etc. The fact is, sadly, that the government became involved and decided, as one example, that you were married if you just lived together. That's about when the whole thing began to become undone. And the vows that were once made in a religious environment have come to mean little. Marriage is just an upgrade from 'going steady'.

My son is Gay, btw, but i don't think this affects my opinion. He is hoping to settle down with someone he loves as well, just as most of us do. I think it's possible that we can just build a larger tent, and embrace everyone.
