    It's not a nunnery. You are right about that. It's a Private College which is run by a particular religious order. To expect that organization NOT to attempt to impose their morals and values on the school, its programs and its attendees is a little silly so far as I'm concerned. Personally, I'm much more surprised at Jesuit institutions like Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA which DON'T attempt to impose their values on their students.

    I think you are confusing a group with the term "progressives".... See, progressives are like you who want the school to just forget that they are a Catholic school, with teachings, and values, and just let people break their rules at will in the name of progress.
