I think I understand. You will eliminate ALL rights which exist with protection FROM government and replace them with priveledges granted by government.

There have been societies like that. You should look into them.

Yes there have been. The biggest mistake that they have generally made has been their unwillingness to maintain the type of Isolationist society that sort of structure requires to operate properly for any period of time.

Of course they made that mistake, it is a psychological imperative of authoritarianism to be fearful and see threats. Enemies are everywhere, and a good authoritarian can't just sit back and allow enemies to strategize their conquest, they must act to eliminate threats.

Aggression is unavoidable in an authoritarian society.

I read about one of those societies in a book one time. George Orwell, '1984'. Inspiring.

I tend to disagree that it's unavoidable. It is part of the authoritarian mindset to be somewhat paranoid, but with the proper societal restrictions that paranoia should be able to be restrained.
