So you are complaining that the democrats have become the heroes of states rights, segregation, and the heroes of the southern states? You are trying to tell us the party that ran a black man for president wants segregation? You are trying to tell us that the democrats who are championing laws that single out southern states for extra voting regulations are the heroes of southern state rights? The democrats are the heroes of the southern states who are all red?

Just wow! Can you explain to us how you came to such a conclusion? Is there some justification there, or did you just screw up big time?
Most of the old, 1950 and on old Jim Crowe Dixicrats or Democrats, whatever you want to called remain loyal Democrats until they died or retired from the world of politics except only a handful who switched parties. Even that handful has now departed the scene. What you have is a clash of political ideology.

You have the south and the plain state republicans that care about individual rights, these people can be defined as caring about people as individuals and not so much about group rights. Then you have the democrats of the northeast and west that care about group security, they can be defined as to being indifferent about the individual but genuinely care about the well being of groups. So I would suppose the bottom line is one party is interest in individual rights, the other interested in group rights.
This Reform Party member thinks it is high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first and their political party further down the line. But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

I'm old enough to remember these things. Mao in 1948 drove Chaing Kai-shek and his nationalist out of mainland China. He set up his new government on the Island of Taiwan which became known as the Republic of China leaving the mainland to Mao and his communist. In fact Taiwan or the ROC held one of the seats in the UN security council until I think it was Jimmy Carter who turn it over to Red China.

It's a shame that he didn't show outrage at the birthers.

Why? It was a conspiracy theory, not racism. So that would make absolutely no sense.

I disagree. It definitely was and is racism and should have been denounced by someone of his stature in the republican party.

Racism? Raising the question as to whether he is eligible to seek the Presidency of the United States is racism?

    That's something of a stretch.

Actually I would not consider this racism either. Just stupid. But then again I do not run around calling any one racist on either side.

And you just admited to doing exactly what I said you where doing, and said you where not doing a few posts ago. It would be nice if more people where actually concerned about race beyond blaming the other side.
