Sorry do you have a link to a video of Laura and/or George jumping rope on Whatever Regis and Kelly is now or doing dance skits with late night comedians. The Bush's were the people who wouldn't take the press with them most of the time when they regularly went to visit wounded warriors and their family.

Regardless, it is not outrage, feigned or otherwise, just another in a long line of leadership disappointments from this WH.

This isn't something anyone should be upset over.

I didn't mind her appearance at all, the speech she gave was way too long, though, and seemed kind of patronizing.

Out of curiosity, have links to these "similar and even more involving" appearances or links actually verifying that? The bitching about this is ridiculous, but the pot shots backs seem as equally petty. Especially since people just seem to vaugely reference them. Are you going to actually provide something, or just feigning outrage over the feigned outrage?

The point being......the right-wing was basically salivating overthemselves trying to get to the airwaves as quickly as possible to feign their outrage that the First Lady would actually "lower" herself to make an Oscar appearance. They forgot that in today's day and age.....to check for some of their own before exposing their hypocrisy to the world.
