Obviously you have not a clue. The laws are not there because Democrats think Blacks are inferior. The laws are there because racist Whites actively keep Blacks out of certain institutions and deny them job opportunities. Sheesh. You really do need to read things besides Townhall.

same with liberal americans bashing racist white South Africa while saying nothing about tribal genocide in places like Equatorial Guinea, the Congo, Uganda etc

sadly, many paternalistic lefties engage in the racism of lowered expectations and tend not to blame blacks for certain social pathologies because those lefty racists "expect" that sort of behavior from blacks

I first ran into this as a freshman watching a demonstration against Yale investments in South Africa. I asked one of the ring leaders why they protested South Africa but not the genocide of Idi Amin, Macias (and later) the criminal idiocy of people like Mugabe. And what I got was essentially "white south africans should know better"

yeah rich white college kids thought it was wrong for Afrikaners to be overtly racist but one ethnic group of Black Africans (ever see Tears in the Sun) killing thousands of other blacks with machetes, Hammers (Macias) or machine gunning unarmed individuals(Amin) was to be "expected"
