Yes, I've started and run many businesses. Haven't had one fail yet. And I've never had any problem complying with the law either
And I'm not alone. Every year, thousands and thousands of people start new businesses that succeed. Many of them are people who immigrated to this country. If they can do it, so can anyone else.
It takes a rightwinger to blame the president for their own failure to run a succesful business. It's just a part of their principled belief in "personal responsibility" (for everyone but themselves)
Which types of business and in what industries?
If you want to expand your business to more than 50 people, do you think you'll have trouble complying with the law?
