I blame the fact few can afford a good burger these days... What was a regular lunch now is a weekly treat.

Obama wont stop until we all live off hay and eat raman noodles like North Koreans because only then will it be "fair." Of course his idiot wife can eat as much cake as she wants.

But I suppose O'bamo's only mistake is that he is not an "emperor." but he is black and that is all that matters to self-loathing progressives.

You need to be ahead of the game and proactive - relying on fame to keep going isn't going to guarantee much.
Obamarrhoids all want to blame the victims here. It seems obvious that additional regulatory expenses, taxes, and healthcare costs in the middle of a poor economy don't help small businesses a bit.

The economy is still rough - it has nothing to do with Obama's new policies. A lot of what's been set in motion was done so LONG before he stepped into office. Nice try to blame it all on him, though. Its just not that simple no matter how much you don't like him (I don't either - but I'm also not stupid)

On top of that - the reason given for this was back-owed rent . . . why are people arguing for the leasee who went back on his contract to a tune of $21,000? Why not feel bad for the guy who's business is to rent out property to other businesses - who - regardless of how well that business is doing - has to cover HIS rent and HIS fees and HIS taxes, etc.

He failed to uphold his end of the contractual agreement . . . the matter was handled in court and the judge added to the amount owed. Now - the leasor has to continue to eat the cost of owning the building until a new business sets up shop if he doesn't alreayd have one on hand.

    That's how business works.

Victims? I don't see any victims here. I see a successful restauranteer, operating at a profit in several locations, and a successful landlord who owns a valuable piece of real estate. Who's the "victim"?

And what new "regulatory expenses" did either of these two business persons encounter that weren't in place before Obama became president? I see no mention of any in the article. And what new taxes? The fact is, tax rates have gone down under Obama. And with health care costs, restaurants employ very few fulltime employees, and rarely provide health insurance, so how does that relate to this restaurant? Again, I see no mention of health care in the article
