    Excellent as usual!

Career ender? Rubio taking a sip of water is all they got to belittle him with? Looking good!

I have...gasp...seen BHO doing the same thing, but it's different somehow when he does? hmmmmm...
Ahhh but see Rubio is part of the great unwashed and non evolved. You see when the current occupier of the White House does it, the water is symbolic of the fair share those nasty greedy "rich" people have and the immaculated one is taking it from them. Of course it takes a period of time before the filtered result is able to be passed on to those who really need it, so they suffer for now.

Well, they're filibustering their own guy...Funny thing is, the next nominee is not likely to be someone they like any better.
I think their hope is that at least he will not be incompetent.

The Obama administration picked someone who would suck at the job only because he had had, at one point, and (R) after his name, and could therefore be used to share the blame for Defense Budget Cuts. The DOD is too important to fall to that kind of politicking.

I think plenty fought against it.

Hagel is another example of Obama laying out the bait and the stupid Republicans jumping up to snatch it. Both GOP presidential hopefools, Rubio and Rand Baby Paul, are now on record as being complete stooges. I'm sure that Hillary Clinton will use it against them in the months leading up to Nov 2016.

Won't the GOP ever learn? Obama has been mopping the floor up with them since 2009. In fact, if it were not for the heavily gerrymandered Ohio and PA congressional districts, the GOP would be completely out of power in DC today. But, yet, still they don't learn.

Obama learned. He shifted to the Center after the 2010 elections and has not looked back since. The GOP OTOH is drowning in tea. Fools.

On what planet did this happen?

More thuggery and bullying from the Progressives. If you spent some time away from Reddit and Alternet you'd realize the progressives are losing ground... You can claim people are "radicals" all you want... Eventually you will be exposed for the radical you are.
Most self-described liberals and progressives aren't nearly as liberal or progressive as they believe themselves to be.

The single greatest threat to liberty is the collective belief that government grants it.

Are you seriously suggesting that Obama has "moved to the center" since 2010??
