    Well he is a Republican.

(BTW, I didn't even vote for Obama. Nice try though. Next time try harder.)

Sacrificing military readiness is OK if you're making a political point. First with the budget, now preventing the National Security team of the administration from assuming its duties. Good job GOP.

I agree with Mike Huckabee that Hagel's performance at his confirmation hearing was the most embarassing public performance since Roseanne Barr tried to sing the national anthem.
So were you asleep for the previous administration?

Well, they're filibustering their own guy...Funny thing is, the next nominee is not likely to be someone they like any better.
You know from the hearings that's total bull****. How can you sit there and spew that disingenous crap?

No one except a moron is going to blame the SecDef for Congressional spending cuts, the fact that people think this conspiracy exists shows how little they know about government.

He may be an Obama Republican - if you don't understand the reasons why Obama chose him as his Secretary of Defense and you simply parrot the Obama/White House/Democrat line that Republicans should confirm Hagel because he's a Republican then, yes, you'll be lost when Obama's term in office ends - you'll need someone else to tell you what to think.

Only a moron wouldn't see the politics that Obama is playing here, putting a phoney Republican in charge of DoD.
