I do not know what you are talking about, but KevinKohler did this post:

Or be interpreted differently than it has been for the past thousand years or so. Job? Not jiving too well with today's parents. Noah's Ark? Peta has issues with any god that would kill so many animals, regardless of the issue. The old testament is just that...old and out dated. But it's the word of god, and therefor, infalible, which is the stance the Catholic church has taken, more so than the other judeo christian denominations. It's why Martin Luther left in the first place.
Notice the part that I bolded and then made red. KevinKohler implied that Martin Luther left the Catholic Church because it was too conservative; I pointed out that if anything Martin Luther was more conservative and accepted scripture as the basis of Christianity not Tradition or Papal assemblies or what not.

I suppose if you are a Jock you might think that way. Does it really matter what they looked like?

Most people are not aware of the Nicean Council stripping the Book of Gnostic writings, and of the Gospel of Mary, (thus women), which was also Gnostic.

As the Gnostic beliefs survived and prospered, the final solution of the Church was to massacre over 30,000 French Gnostics known as "Cathars", from the Greek word... Katharsis. At the same time, a slaughter of Templars throughout Europe, ensured that the Gnostics would have no protection against the Church.

And I totally agree with you about Martin Luther. My "point" is why does anyone care about "God" ?...................

And based on what interpretation? He rejected tradition to start his own tradition based on his interpretation. It's not ignoring tradition and going sola scriptura, it's just heresy.

Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false, and does not swear deceitfully. Psalm 24
