Shoot me.
As if there hasn't already been too much discussion of that lately.
Shoot me.
yes, clearly it's unheard of that a woman wouldn't want to pop out children like they were pez, an there isn't a reasonable concern on the part of the state to educate people on the issues involved with a high birth rate.
PS and as usual, I really question if your are reading and comprehending what you respond to
Here they would experience a drop in infant mortality and death rates and thus undergo the demographic transition. Just like everyone else does and always has when those things happen.

WE'RE GOING FOR THE GOLD!
"Black Jewish women are popping out kids like a pez dispenser and FORCED CONTRACEPTION is just EDUCATION ISRAELI STYLE!"
Yes, but that happens in every developing state, and these states usually deal with a huge generational lag in getting birth rates under control (assuming that they ever do accomplish this)
PERFECT! Spoken like MENGELE!

No you are not.
You are accepting an allegation.
Their word indicated that the administrators need to make sure there is no misunderstanding.
That may mean that there was some misunderstanding before. Not that something was purposely done wrongly, or forced, or anything of the sort.
Which means that it wasn't a tacit admission of wrong doing at all.
As I expected, you are simply unable to accept that Israel is anything less than perfect. It's either partisan blinders or you live in a completely different reality than the rest of us do.
Assuming they ever do? EVERYTIME EVER in the known history of man, a drop in infant mortality and death rate has resulted in the demographic transition. That goes for societies, immigrants and any other example you can come up with.

India has been dealing with the effects of lower infant mortality and lower death rates for some time now, and have not been able to get their birth rate under control. Is it lower than what it was 20 years ago? yes, but it is not under control
In the areas that the rates remain outrageous, the heathcare (and sanitation, and nutrition) does not exist. As a whole, India remains a developing country (which means pre-demotrans).
I agree, which is why I cited the fact women relocating to Israel would have the benefit of a very robust state health and education system

As I stated, my studies suggest that the women would transition almost immediately (as soon as it was apparent that the new and improved conditions do in fact exist and will remain as such) and the men after a division of inheritance (thus, an inter-household conflict is created).
but that seems to ignore the trend is developing from things like better healthcare, w/o a change in birth practices (have more children than those that die)
The demographic transition occurs because of a drop in IM and D rates. This is documented fact. Other health issues, such as access to birth control and female control of family planning, of course play a role. The drop of IM and D would, in this case, accompany access to birth control of such a type as to give women not only access but control (not having to bring the BC into the house). This would help to ease the conflict created by males undergoing the demotrans at a slight lag from the women.
l wish you applied your theories to practice in real life:lol:
I don't think it would be so easy to change the way the men view health issues in regards to their women. In a lot of parts of Ethiopia, there's a whole generation gap between the men and their wives. Child brides are pretty common, and a lot of them don't believe in birth control.
I think something like that would take a couple of generations at least.
Me? What do you think I was doing in rural Africa for '10-'12.
