Do you understand my use of the word "darkie" is a satirical response to what obviously appears to be a racist policy of the State of Israel? So show me where this same policy of forced contraception was visited on on the white Jews of Europe, Russia, the US or other areas of the diaspora?

No you are not.
You are accepting an allegation.

Their word indicated that the administrators need to make sure there is no misunderstanding.
That may mean that there was some misunderstanding before. Not that something was purposely done wrongly, or forced, or anything of the sort.
Which means that it wasn't a tacit admission of wrong doing at all.
