I've found some links that show they do in fact fund their protests through the family law practice. Fred Phelps is disbarred, but 11 of his 13 children have law degrees. Most live in the family compound and help fund WBC. Without knowing how much they make vs what they spend protesting it is hard to tell if they are serious or just looking to make money. The second link shows that some members work for the state government, so I don't see how they would benefit from the Phelps family wining cases, at least some of the members seem to be very serious about the views of the church.

Or maybe we're just blaming the damned people that did it instead of trying to spread that blame across a whole swath of people.

I personally know several fine, upstanding and Conservative people who happen to be Muslim. They don't condone this kind of crap any more than I do.

Yeah, I can see why....But in the end, Obama was using his so called "defeat" of AQ for campaign purposes...Bush as far as I know, and remember gave a poorly worded speech about a carrier whose mission was completed, and the left totally twisted it to beat him over the head with for the rest of his term....They relentlessly called Bush a 'liar' and worse for that speech, and banner on the ship....Shouldn't Obama live up to the same standard?

You lost me there.

As best I know the guys who did the Benghazi op were an al Quaeda related cell. The raid probably had something to do with retaliation for offing al Awlaki. At one point I heard that locals had outed the cell but I kind of doubt it.

Look at how much relations between the USA and China and Viet Nam improved when we stopped bombing them and/or undermining their government. The behavior of those countries also improved when they were no longer isolated from the rest of the world.

Maybe you should post where I have stated that anyone but radical islam is the perp. The problem is that neither you nor anyone else can answer my question about which ones are radical and which ones are not. It is a legitimate question that you and others will not answer with anything but name calling. All you do is swing into the 'bu....bu....bu...Christians' refrain. You need some new material.

What does that have to do with anything? There are all kinds of radicals out there who do all kinds of bad stuff but going after an entire class of people because of a single characteristic is unconscionable.

The CT shooter and the guy that shot up the movie in Aurora were both white 20 something males. Should we go after all white 20 something males because they have a propensity to be psycho killers?

Well ALL the school shooters have been male. Try boarding a plane and see how you are viewed. Try boarding a plane to the middle east and see who gets searched.
