Lord, I hope this is not another big shooting. How about for once no one dies.
Thats not politicizing it, it's a legitmate question.

Why didn't the strict gun laws of the State of California stop this ?

Politicizing it would be trying to use this shooting as a way to force upon Americans new laws that don't deal with the issue of school shootings.

The gun laws of California[3][4] are some of the strictest in the United States.

Why did our strict gun control laws fail in stopping this shooting? Didn't the shooter know it was a gun free zone

Which in the grand scheme of things is not strict. Why are you exploiting tragedies?

Is that better or worse for the victims? I would think worse, but not really knowledgeable about guns.

It's as legitimate of a question now as it is to ask why aren't there stricter laws on the books for gun ownership. All that has been demonstrated is that some people aren't concentrating on the victims, but rather on their own political beliefs.

Depends on the range. Far enough away, and even Dick Cheney can't kill you.

    I just did. It's shameless.
