Health care law may mean less hiring in 2013

Ok, let me get this straight...So you are implying that because the Medicare part D bill was passed through circumstances that you didn't like, or think was appropriate, then that makes it ok to ram through legislation that you like? What kind of thinking is that?

First let me get this straight...Are you implying that it's OK when the repubs ram bills through congress, but it's wrong when the dems do it?

Oh for goodness sake...Is that your tactic now....? Take the question I ask you, and just ask it back? Fine...I left you alone for a while Sangha feeling that your rants, and absurd postings weren't worth my time...I can see it wasn't long enough....Bye, bye. :2wave:

Protip/PSA from an Electronic/Computer degree guy and one-time electrician: Use the insulated pliers next time. Seriously, those electric shocks will, and I guess have, messed up your cognitive wiring. :(

There a number of different models around the world, with different minimum level of care, that showing single payer insurance and even full co-opting of the health care industry providing substantially better cost/benefit ratio than the US. *shrug*

I personally do not think that Britain’s system, for example, is much of a match of the US. I do not think it plays to some serious strengths of this country, and is far to large a stretch philosophically. *shrug* But there are places and opportunities well this side of that.

Now if you think so little of this country that you do not expect we could pull it off, that we are such a pile of f-ups that we cannot put together something that works? That we just could not get our act together enough to pull it off if we put our minds to it? Well, I suppose we do have Negative Nelly naysayers like you that could drag us down with self-fulfilling doomsaying. But on the balance I think better of this country than that.

-chuckles- what do they say is the definition of insanity is .. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result ??

We have SS and it’s in trouble … we have Medicare .. It’s in deeper trouble, these programs only cover about 15% of our population, and they are two of the biggest expenses to our government.

Now .. You want to add government health care to cover 100% of the people …. *LOL* and expect a different result ???? Yep that is the definition of insanity alright.

I would love to think this government could put together something that works, but past record and results make it difficult to believe that is possible

Welfare has proven that it does little more then keep people in poverty helping very few to rise out of it, it’s design is flawed and anyone with a lick of sense should see that

SS is going broke, this is the first year in history that it paid out more then it took in .. our government has robbed from it for years …. Now it’s a problem

Medicare the costs of this program have been so misjudged that it makes you wonder if our government has the ability to add 2+2 and get 4

Our government has proven over many many years that they can’t maintain a budget, 16 trillions dollars of debt ….. Even someone like you should realize how badly they have failed on this.

Now this is only mentioning a few of their gross failures … the list is endless ….. Then you call us nay sayers when we question if our government can effectively manage a program that is bigger than anything they have ever taken on ??? I’m sorry .. But the so called nay sayers .. Make more sense then you do .. Blind faith in a record of failures isn’t something I would consider logical.
