This is the end of life planning the Obamacare had, before they got caught and were forced to remove it.
"If I take death into my life, acknowledge it, and face it squarely, I will free myself from the anxiety of death and the pettiness of life - and only then will I be free to become myself." ~ Martin Heidegger
These families were free to take their loved one(s) out of the hospital at any time. Why didn't they? They could have fed them and given them water. Why didn't they? The one guy says he watched his mother die over 33 hours. Hello? Why didn't he take her home and make sure she got food and water on her own then? Why didn't he feed her and give her water at the hospital? These sensational stories make me ill.
Thank you, Quazi!
A glaring omission from these Mail articles is exactly why the medical care facilities decided to put these seniors on the pathway. If the patients gave their consent, need the family be consulted, especially if the dying person does not ask for them?
These are ****ty, alarmist articles that do no service to understanding what the pathway is and how it can allow people ease from suffering without the moral problem of euthanasia.
The morality of abortion is not a religious belief, any more than the morality of slavery, apartheid, rape, larceny, murder or arson is a religious belief. These are norms of the natural law of mankind and can be legislated even in a completely religionless society.
The death panel cometh.
