Don't tell me this ****. If it's my labor and expertise that makes the product that makes the profit, it is somewhat up to me!

    You're just being a hypocrite!

No, it really isn't...You don't "own" the job. Nor do you own the company. If a company agrees to pay you what you ask then they must feel that it is a good deal and you have a win/win...If they don't, then either your demands are out of line, or you're not worth what you are asking in their eyes, or they can't pay you that without harming the company's survival. In any case, their is a decision in most cases that is likely, either you'll quit and find another company to work for, or they will let you go when your demands are too much to justify.

This is why I support collective bargaining.

I support collective bargaining and unions in private business, but I also support right to work laws. No one should be forced to pay union dues or collective bargain as a condition of employment, ever. But if people willingly want to do that in a private business, that's fine. It should never be allowed for publicly funded employees though, unless the tax paying general public is invited to referendum vote on the contract proposals.

Why's that? I don't have to support unions to have union affiliated friends....

Which is pretty much the reason why government/ public sector union employees have gained the bad reputation they have, for being lazy, unproductive, and having ****ty attitudes.
