Bars and pubs probably need dispensers too.
Teaching the hidden reward of not mucking up your future by being abstinent until prepared is another solution, mine avoiding the wasting of tax dollars.

Perhaps YOU should criticize the parents. You're the one making a big stink out of some condoms. Good grief, kids have sex. Even if their parents tell them to be abstinent, they are going to still do it. We aren't talking about Fantasy Island. This is REAL life.

Let me guess, you didn't have sex as a high school student, did you?

...and condoms, by themselves, are not solutions to the problem. Just like the issue of keeping schools safe from mass shooters, where there are a long line of defensive measures that ought to be taken before allowing guns in the school, so too a long line of personal responsibility and education initiatives ought to be in place before handing out condoms should be considered.
The morality of abortion is not a religious belief, any more than the morality of slavery, apartheid, rape, larceny, murder or arson is a religious belief. These are norms of the natural law of mankind and can be legislated even in a completely religionless society.

So "real life" to you is the excusal from personal responsibility? You prove my point of the mindset of entitlements and freedom from responsibility becoming all too common.

Abstinence worked great for the Palin's and plenty other teens whose mommy and daddies didn't talk to them about having sex responsibly. My mom was talking to me about pregnancy and the importance of prevention, when I was probably 7 or 8, well before I knew what sex was. She explained to me that having a baby before you're ready can make your life goals much more difficult and is tragic. She constantly offered birth control when I was a teen. I wasn't a pregnant teen either, and I knew very well the struggles it could bring in life.

I think my mom's attitude and upbringing worked fine, and much better than the bury-your-head in the sand, abstinence only, and avoiding the sex talk with your kids approach.

You're absolutely correct, missy. I waited until my senior year of college so that I'd be out of school and have a well paying job if I accidentally got her pregnant.

Well aren't you just the bees knees? YOUR pompous arrogance is NOT going to solve any problems. Try taking a look at life outside of your own biased views.

Please read post #50 again. I never said anything about parents avoiding sex talk. In fact, I am complaining about parents not teaching personal responsibility.
