If Republicans are smart they would vote present on everything from here on out....Worked for Barry.

< House Republican leadership aides made clear that if the bill passes, the speaker believes the next move will have to come from Senate Democrats and the president. Senate Democrats could simply take up and pass the House bill or amend it more to their liking and send it back to the House.>

Boehner didn't screw the pooch by rejecting a ridiculous offer to prevent some fiscal cliff that was created by the Democrats.

He should have walked away weeks ago.

    This is Obama's economy.

Absolutely right...Boehner should introduce a bill to lower the bottom three tax tiers, and keep the top two the same. Pass it send it to the senate, then tell both Obama a Reid to suck on that.

Yours right, it is Obamas economy but it is the republicans cliff that they insist on jumping off of.

Nah!if the baggers keep holding bohner hostage to their ridged agenda, bohner should show some leadership, which he hasn't shown in the 21 years that he has been in the house and put Obamas FIRST plan to a vote for every member of the house.Guess how that would go?

The cliff is a manufactured construct to force the Republicans to do something stupid. Raise taxes AT ALL during a down economy to combat massive Federal spending.

Its all just a bunch of BS. Raising taxes on the rich accomplishes nothing when Obama should be focusing on ways to incentivize our private sector.

But no, he would rather push this eat the rich nqrrative and play politics with peoples lives rather than focus on real and positive plans to improve the American economy.

How could you be OK with this ?

I didn't have you pegged as one of those left wing idiots who're for fleecing rich people because it's "fair".

In how many months before the One was elected were there monthly job losses greater than 700K per month?

It is the Marxist's economy. He and his enablers share in the blame.
