Do you think that i will find almost a $100 billion in direct and indirect subsidies that we hand out to corporate entities in any of those links?
The haggardness of poverty is everywhere seen contrasted with the sleekness of wealth, the exhorted labor of some compensating for the idleness of others, wretched hovels by the side of stately colonnades, the rags of indigence blended with the ensigns of opulence; in a word, the most useless profusion in the midst of the most urgent wants.Jean-Baptiste Say

Do you just not understand language?
Net taxpayer. You have to pay in more taxes than you receive in direct benefits.

I am saddened that the United States has re-elected the worst president since Carter. It is what it is. I hope there will be a resurgence in states rights and nullification to counter the tyranny that is growing. The takers won in November. Now the fight continues at the local and state level.

So Sad, that you're wanting to implement a poll tax on civilians but putting your poll tax, on those have been deployed into combat zones for a year, then cant vote when they come home, borders on being unconstitutional...WAIT!! IT IS.the constitution Sss

I am saddened that the United States has re-elected the worst president since Carter.
Me too.Who woulda thunk that george two sticks coulda won that election and not win the poplar vote.

Where did I ever say not to cut those monies. But for an exercise in math compare you're 100 billion to all the entitlements and freebees. I'll make it crystal clear I'm against all that crap. But of course to a liberal that is not the case, the more entitlements and freebees the better. And who cares about raising the national debt?

Do you think for a second I support putting borrowed money into Solyndra, and the like, and bailing out the Auto union worker, or the frigen banks. Tell me how much are we going to lose on GM? I believer it's in the billions.

In 2006 the money spent on traditional social welfare programs such as food stamps and housing assistance was $59 billion. i'm quite sure went up since then with the great bush recession and all.Look it up, i dont have time and with my throbbing headache, frankly i dont give a damn. The rest of your post was erased because it was winger rubbish.Have good day.

The food stamp program alone last year was $80 Billion I believe...Why did you go back to 2006?
Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom.
