No. I'm saying people are making unfounded assumptions based on that context that they wouldn't have made otherwise. If she were at a library, your interpretation would have been that she was basically making a joke of "**** you sign, I wont do what ya told me!" Instead, because she's at Arlington Cemetery, people went ahead and decided she was saying "**** you dead soldiers!"

You really think that's the statement she was making? Really?
He touched her over her bra and underpants, she says, and guided her hand to touch him over his underwear

I recommend you study the First Amendment. It doens't apply to employers. It applies to government.

I hope that if for some crazy reason she IS fired that the company gets taken to court and found guilty of violating her rights and forced to pay billions of dollars to her.

For those that are offended by what she did you eriously need to get a ****ing life.
Jesus! What 'right' would the company be violating if they fired her? And anybody who isn't offended by this needs to get a some ****ing perspective.

That's exactly the statement she appears to be making. It's not a crime, but it is jerk behavior of the worst kind, and if she was doing it on my dime, her ass would be fired.

I'm anything but a conservative, but yes, I find some woman giving the finger to a sign that asks people to show respect for servicemen at a military cemetary to be offensive. Maybe I've just seen too many flag draped coffins to find any of that amusing.

A picture of a woman pretending to shout next to a sign that says be quiet.

    Really.
Except that wasn't all she did, and you know it.

Sans contract, every employee in the United States is employed "at will." Unless one is discriminating re The Civil Rights Act at the Federal or State level, an employer is free to set any standards they choose.

It's just a cemetery and she was just being goofy. She shouldn't be fired and nothing should be done against her.
