Im all about free speech and god bless the rights of the stupid to do stupid things. The Old Guard reps showed class this woman will never possess in their response. However...where she is actually employed by a company that provides service to disabled vets? Yes...I think both her and her managers employment with that company should end. If one of my employees did it they would be gone before they got back from their company funded trip.

    Hmmm... I like it.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Marine had the same thought at the time. Of course, the Marines are respectful of their location and position, and know better about "time and place".

If you claim sexual harassment to be wrong, yet you defend anyone on your side for any reason,
then you are a hypocrite and everything you say on the matter is just babble.

Stone has resigned. LIFE, Inc. (Living Independently Forever) has issued this statement:

We wish to announce that the two employees recently involved in the Arlington Cemetery incident are no longer employees of LIFE. Again, we deeply regret any disrespect to members of the military and their families. The incident and publicity has been very upsetting to the learning disabled population we serve. To protect our residents, any comments, however well-intentioned, will be deleted. We appreciate your concern and understanding as we focus on the care of our community,” the statement reads.

Really. People are getting mad about this?
A picture of a woman pretending to shout next to a sign that says be quiet.

    Really.
He touched her over her bra and underpants, she says, and guided her hand to touch him over his underwear

Yes. Because he thinks this isn't worth getting outraged over, he must mean that people can literally take a dump on your dinner table because there are no social boundaries. :roll

She was on company time, so its at their discretion.

It is freedom of speech and expression. If it had been on her own time, then I would fully be against firing her. On a company that works for vets...they really have no choice at all. They have to let her go at this point.

Under the circumstances as we now know them, that was the exact right thing to do.

    When will people learn?

If the woman was pretending to shout next to a "please be quiet" sign at a library, would anyone be upset?

It she sold books to libraries, they'd be justified.
