"No religion is true, but some religion, any religion, is politically necessary. Law and morality are insufficient for the large majority of men. Obedience to the law and to the morals are insufficient for making men happy. […]Law and morality are therefore in need of being supplemented by divine rewards and punishments."

Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of Liberty. – Thomas Jefferson
Hey employer should do what is in its best interests. I don't believe her actions, however distasteful, are going to reflect so poorly on them that they need to dismiss her-- can anyone posting in this thread even remember their name off-hand?-- but I'd say they'd be within their rights to do so. This wasn't something she was doing in the privacy of her own home.
I would fire her if I was in their position.
What I want to know, is shouldn't there be a Marine guarding the Tomb of the Unknown authorized to use his rifle to butt-stroke her face in this scenario? I'd trade for that instead of the firing.

Who seriously cares? It's silly humor is all.
"We’re going to close the unproductive tax loopholes that allow some of the truly wealthy to avoid paying their fair share. In theory, some of those loopholes were understandable, but in practice they sometimes made it possible for millionaires to pay nothing, while a bus driver was paying ten percent of his salary, and that’s crazy." -Reagan
