There are no Blue Dawgs. Proof you ask? The Obamakare bill. Only Dems voted for that slippery bit of liberty stripping, socialist loving legislation. A Blue Dawg would never vote for it. They did. Blue Dawgs my ass. They voted for a huge swath of Socialist legislation and debt... and by so doing showed their true colors. The remainder were lost causes... known SAP members.

The D's are SAPs pushing creating, promoting and defending Parasite Nation.

If a D showed some fiscal sanity and voted against ObamaKare, they can be excluded.

Otherwise... they're ObamaKare lov'in Socialists. They voted for something their leadership said... "we have to pass the bill to see what's inside it..."
These Socialists couldn't wait to lay down the foundation of socialist medicine. They even used parliamentary tricks when Brown was voted in to stop it.

    Parasite Nation.

I have a problem that vote for Para-sita-claus; those who think government is the answer in their lives. I want someone else to pay for my contraceptives... if not you hate women, I want someone to pay for my healthcare, rich people should pay more... for me...

That is my problem. Now it's the government's and mine, and frankly... they tend to complicate and fark things badly, so I don't want them as my partner thank you. They fail... everywhere, and our bureaucrats aren't any better than anywhere other western civilized nation.

Get ready for a ride... the poor are going to get shafted... bad. As will the middle class.

QUOTING something falsely attributed to Lincoln, but is Linconesque:
"You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot help small men by tearing down big men.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot lift the wage-earner by pulling down the wage-payer.
You cannot help the poor man by destroying the rich.
You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than your income.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot establish security on borrowed money.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away men's initiative
    and independence.
You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could
    and should do for themselves."

    Amen.

I have, but thanks for the oportunity:
    Parasite Nation is:
    1. Those who foment it. Those of the political, journ-O-alistic, and celebrity/Hollyweird class to name a few who have sway that promote it.

    2. Those Socialists, Takers and Ignoramuses that empower it.

Even shorter: Parasite Nation; the preachers, the takers, and the ignoramuses.

"Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country"
Parasite Nation... it's backwards... like... "Ask not what you can do for your country - ask what your country can steal from others to give to you."

    PARASITE NATION.

no adam. we have to stop doing what works before the economy recovers sufficiently that even nutjobs on talk radio and fox news wont be able to cover it up anymore. the american recovery must be stopped at all costs if the republican party is to remain relevant.

They've been sort of successful at it for the past 4 years.

When Reagan took office, annual deficits were decreasing - a trend which Reagan quickly reversed. So what was it that Reagan fixed?

Here's the ultimate question - what would Bush, or Romney, or Reagan, have done differently than Obama? Why wasn't W Bush dealing with the issue of increased dependence on federal entitlement programs? After all, I believe your own chart shows that the single highest monthly increase occurred before Obama was elected.

In my opinion, the best policies to decrease dependence on the federal government are extending health care and education to all Americans. Nobody should be in debt because of medical problems and nobody should be unable to pursue their dreams because they were born under the wrong roof. It seems like you're touting this news as both a new development and a good one. It's not new, because a fewer percentage of Americans are using food stamps than they were a year ago today.

I don't think anybody needs to be blamed, but we're not in congress, we're arguing on the internet so my questions were all quite fair. But yeah, we shouldn't blame anybody, we should let the Obama administration and the Democrats in congress do just what they were elected to do - raise taxes on the rich to the levels they were at under Clinton, extend affordable health care to more Americans, and once again make this a country where anybody can have success if they work hard enough. If it worked under Clinton, why wouldn't it work now?

actually i've always planned on eating the rich people who live here:
    Avila Property Owners Association
should shortages ever become a real issue.
i figure a 3am raid with a silenced ar15 and an old infrared nightvision monocle/toy i modified to fit the cheap chinese scope on my rifle would net me at-least one guard, which would yield ~50% of his body weight in usable meat/marrow/edible organs.

but that's only if it gets really bad. i'd need to be 48 hours without any sustenance/hope of sustenance before resorting to such tactics.
