There is a responsibility for deaths at levels exponentially higher than any Unibomber ever contemplated. Contemplate one million dead Iraqis. Maybe even a million orphans, or a million refugees. Note that fracking was developed by the Energy Department, with decades of pubic investment. If conservatives had their debt fetish antigummit ways, it would never have been developed.
