Certainly. I think quite a few groups could use a good dose of persecution in this nation, and the religion of the majority in particular could stand a heady dose of it.
Christianity has been emasculating Western man for twenty centuries now; a few brief minutes against a cold wall might help him find his balls again.

They are advocating it by proxy. They are against preventing bullying.... why? Because they of course believe that bullying prevents people from becoming gay.. it is the very tactic that the Christian church has practiced for hundreds of years. Gay bashing and beating IS bullying.

Good. But why would any religion listen to a yahoo who clearly will never be an adherent? It's like a solid republican telling a solid democrat how they must change their party platform. A non-starter that says more about the one giving the advice than the intended recipient.

If you take a step back and re-read this thread without your partisan glasses on you will see quite clearly that the only bashing and beating going on here is from the left. Despite calling Christians "****ing troglodytes", "ignorant", "bigoted", and "douches" I am genuinely unaware of a single derogatory thing said against homosexuals in this thread. The only person calling for any beatings in this thread is Einzige, who openly wants to hurt Christian children, although it's probably a safe bet that you and other leftists want to see some Christian children hurt too.

This is exactly my point.

I don't think anyone should be bashed or beaten up.

The only people being referred to as douche's, etc (excluding Enzige's comments) are members of the AFA, who, last I checked, are not representative of Christians as a whole. You're engaging in a whole lot of conflation, I suspect for partisan reasons.

The fact that you think that's a safe bet demonstrates your true colors once again.

This thread is about the AFA - an organization that explicitly opposes trying to get kids to stop bullying each other for really dumbass reasons. That's the only real issue raised here. The rest is just partisan bias and perceived victimhood.

Your own partisan slip is showing. Nowhere has it been shown that the AFA doesn't want to stop bullying, or endorse bullying. There are more than this one anti-bullying program. I haven't seen where the AFA opposes them all.

Another point that far too many seem to be avoiding in this thread - bullying by class mates does not necessarily relate to homosexuality

None of these teens was gay, yet nonetheless they suffered bullying by school mates to such an extent they took their own lives. So, please get off your religiously-motivated high horses and admit that the AFA is a "hate group" which is so obsessed by LGBT issues they will twist absolutely every possible issue to fit their rather warped agenda of hate and discrimination.
