No - I'm dismissive of that too. I don't care enough about it. I just find it odd that a state that does that is trying to call out the federal government on "wasteful spending". I wish that the fact that this subtle point has gone over your head surprised me a little more.

ahh yes, you are so dismissive of it that you just had to post it ( an irrelevant factoid) as a "tit for tat"... color me completely unconvinced.
what makes you think that it is a "fact" that anything went over my head?.. why would you believe you know anything about me?

Lol, so sensitive. Relax, I pointed out the hypocrisy in VA's IG talking about the federal gov's wasteful spending when his welfare state doesn't seem to have much of a problem with it.

it's not hypocrisy though... well, unless you are arguing that legally authorized funds appropriated for subsidies and museums is that same exact thing as lavish conferences that serve little or no purpose for the public.

6 million bucks goes a long way when it's sent to deserving folks through the right programs.... 6 million bucks thrown away on a couple of conferences for government bureaucrats, not so much.


I think the IG is full of crap.. the dollar figure for "waste" is not 750k.. it's 6 million
