Prophet Muhammad was one of the most strongest men of his time,so naturally he was an excellent battles-man/ warrior.Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon him, was not a warlord. If an ignorant tells you that he is a warlord, then you should tell him that he is no more a warlord than Moses, Joshua and David, peace be upon them, were warlords. Even secular people shouldn't really have a problem with him because the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, fought mostly defensive wars, fought treacherous tribes, maintained his peacy treaties with those who didn't breach the treaty (God tells in the Qur'an that the treaties with those Mushriks who didn't breach their treaties should be carried to the end). Being labeled a warrior is a good thing, or at least a neutral thing, Joshua and David, peace be upon them, were also warriors. .If you take some time to read history(from the correct source),you'll find out that half of the wars done were in defensive and the rest in military concern of a growing nation.History is full of gruesome selfish wars,but Muhammad (pbuh) proved himself to be the most just and merciful of all leaders.

Only the haters and disbelievers label the prophet (pbuh) with ugly names(but many of them are later revert on finding the truth) ,and the reasons are pretty clear.Ignorance ,jealousy and fear.It is natural for a average man to degrade a person's honor if they deemed much higher than them or their likes.

So as you can see Allah states that the prophet Muhammad was sent as a messenger to all of mankind, it does not say that he was sent to the Arabs only. The Noble prophet Muhammad himself said that he was sent to mankind, not to his nation only.

From what I've read it was Al Qaeda behind both protests. Which makes sense since the protests started on September 11 and one of their top leaders was assassinted by a drone last June....

What a coincidence, thats how a lot of Americans form their opinions. too. lol So I really don't think the film was the real motive for the protests in asmuch as it was used as propaganda by extremists and/or Al Qaeda to inflame the population into hating the US and sympathizing with the protestors. But it could have been anything from a Koran burning to another cartoon because they were planning to attack anyway.

It doesn't matter who made the damned film, because it is in no way responsible, not even a little bit, for the barbaric actions that took place in Libya or Egypt. Certain folks, along with members of our fair and impartial news media, are making this into a big deal because the truth surrounding this issue is something they just can't deal with, or simply refuse to deal with.... ENOUGH ALREADY.

Radical Islam and the people who embrace it are completely, totally and fully responsible 100%, for the violence that took place over there... Not 98%, not 99%, but 100%... Come on, say it with me... I asked that if some people believe that all Muslims are responsible for the actions of those whose commit offenses in the name of Islam then shouldn't all Christians be held responsible for the actions of those who commit offenses in the name of Christianity?

We are "informed" that radical Islam (whatever that might be in any given instance) is co-ordinating actions all over the ME. The "Islamic Radical" Muslim Brotherhood is reportedly managing the Egyptian Friday prayer protests at this very moment by organising them outside Mosques. That keeps the protests small and dispersed and controllable so they peter out sooner, with less damage all around.

Which, in my opinion, is FAR more insulting. They are humans, just like you. Set the same expectations of them as you would of yourself, or know yourself to be a racist.

It seems evident that everyone expects Muslims to respond violently and irrationally to whatever they deem unacceptable.

The obvious strategy is to bombard all Islamic countries with media telling them their religion is ignorant and that Mohammed was a scumbag pedophile. This should make them destroy everything in their cities and villages, while the main crazies would have the veins in their heads burst from their overwrought anger. The world would be a better place as a consequence.

That's what I've been thing for quite a while now. Don't drop bombs, drop leaflets with various images of their prophet, drawn by a variety of different artists. Just keep doing that, and at some point, they will realize that, besides having a bunch more paper all over the place...nothing, NOTHING, in their lives...has changed.

Could be interesting.

Think about it. How do you REALLY combat terrorism? WHY are there terrorists in the first place? Is blowing them up, and oh, by the way, blowing up a few innocent bystanders, and destroying untold amounts of property, really, REALLY, a viable solution to the problem?

So, yes. If my choices were, get bombed, or have leaflets dropped, I'll take the leaflets, no matter how offensive or insulting I might interpret them to be.

Agreed.

But the vast majority of muslims ARE, however, perfectly happy to allow in, and therefor culpable for, the people they have as leaders. Many of whom DO hate the US, and if not a terrorist on the surface, certainly support terrorism, and many have roots in terrorist organizations.

Unless, of course, you think that the better alternative is to simply assissinate the leadership structures "we" don't like. Me? I favor a strategy that addresses the root cause of the problem...
