Israeli filmmaker in hiding after anti-Islam movie sparks deadly Libya, Egypt protest

Re: Israeli filmmaker in hiding after anti-Islam movie sparks deadly Libya, Egypt pro

So you are saying the administration is doing nothing? That's a rather grandiose statement to make... Also an easy one because it leaves all the proving up to everyone else while you can sit back and toss stones with no evidence or effort on your part.

I wouldn't say they are doing nothing.

Fifteen hours after the attack the US President campaigned in Vegas and the Pimp with a Limp show while his Secretary of State issued a statement blaming a movie.

They appear to be right on top of it.

I see. So it's your contention that that is all the administration has done?

What more can you add?

Go get the terrorists who killed the ambassador first. Get the filmmaker later ... What a lousy administration!

You were probably unware that 50 terrorists have already been arrested by the Libyans.. I expect they will hang.

Yes.. Marines were deployed to Yemen early yesterday and 50 Libyan terrorists have been arrested.

Fifty marines were deployed yesterday?

Isn't that a week or so too late? What do they expect them to do there now?

They may as well arrest a thousand. They'll be released soon anyway.

They'll be rounding up the usual suspects, I assume. Al Qaeda must be nervous.

What more can you add?

Like I was saying to her in the post you quoted of me... it's so easy to sit back and throw bull**** stones of accusations and then expect everyone else to do all the disproving of your bull**** for you ain't it?

Aside from Obama pulling Morsi's punk chain and making him put forth public statements in a fast 180 degree turn-around with just one phone call, there was this news story you apparently missed:

Panetta: Muslim protests leveling off, but will go on

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta says the turmoil raging across the Muslim world is likely to continue into the days ahead, but he says the violence expected by the U.S. appears to be leveling off.

He said the Pentagon has "deployed our forces to a number of areas in the region to be prepared to respond to any requests that we receive to be able to protect our personnel and our American property."

Then there was also this news story you apparently missed:

U.S. officials saId Wednesday night that the Pentagon is moving two warships to the Libyan coast. One destroyer, the USS Laboon, moved to a position off the coast Wednesday, and the USS McFaul is en route and should be stationed off the coast within days. The officials say the ships, which carry Tomahawk missiles, do not have a specific mission. But they give commanders flexibility to respond to any mission ordered by the president.

Now that I've done all your homework for you that you refused to do, how about you forwarding exactly what the appropriate response should've been? Or you can just sit back and keep throwing Limbaugh sized stones based on absolutely no facts and getting pwned some more...

Your choice.

More negative speculation pulled out of your ass with no facts to correlate said assumptions to? Color me surprised. There's a serious discussion on a serious here if you want it. It's not all just "what can make political points for the right" on every single issue ya know.

What would you have done? Or, what would your presidential preference have done?

Isn't that what always happens? Muslims riot, people die, property is damaged and then things level off a bit?
He said the Pentagon has "deployed our forces to a number of areas in the region to be prepared to respond to any requests that we receive to be able to protect our personnel and our American property."

Too bad they didn't do that a week ago. It won't do much good now that 'violence appears to be leveling off'.

U.S. officials saId Wednesday night that the Pentagon is moving two warships to the Libyan coast. And what good will that do now??They don't even have "a specific mission"!! That seems like almost literal 'showboating'.

Now that I've done all your homework for you that you refused to do, how about you forwarding exactly what the appropriate response should've been? Or you can just sit back and keep throwing Limbaugh sized stones based on absolutely no facts and getting pwned some more...

The appropriate response should have been in place long before this happened, which is having these places under proper guard with reinforced doors, glass, etc. Reacting after the damage has been done is leading from the rear yet again.

I would have said that the American people are free to express themselves through the rights guaranteed under the First Amendment Nothing more need be added, especially another whining apology about US insensitivity.

I see. Your response to the ME issue would be to do nothing. And you are complaining about the response? lol

Sorry, I was expecting you to actually offer something of substance. I failed in my expectations of you I suppose.

If you could actually see you wouldn't have come up with this empty response.

I asked what you'd have done. You said you would've told him we have a first amendment. Therefore your actual response is to do aboslutely nothing... yet you throw stones about the military movements being done. All while you'd have sat on your hands.

Like I said before, it's so easy to sit back ad throw stones ESPECIALLY when you yourself have no content to offer.
