Re: Protesters Storm US Embassey In Yemen

Young demonstrators shouting "we redeem, Messenger of God" smashed windows of the security offices outside the embassy with stones and burned cars before breaking through the main gate of the heavily fortified compound in eastern Sanaa. Others held aloft banners declaring 'Allah is Greatest'.

"We can see a fire inside the compound and security forces are firing in the air.

"Firing in the air"? That'll stop 'em.

The USA needs to increase its defense spending and the number of military bases all over the world

Currently the USa spends more on its defense than the rest of the world combined

THe USA also has 1000+ military installations and bases in over 140 countries around the world.

I just dont get it ladies and gentlemen - why are all these slaves missbehaving? Dont they understanding who calls the shots in this fascist corporate world?

Why hasnt the USA been bombing Saudi Arabia or Bahrain?

Each bomb is just another tax dollar in the pocket of the corporate giants - who are just loving these wars arent they

Except that's now what they're protesting about.

They're losing their toys over a film that embassy staff and the government of the United States had nothing to do with.

It's unacceptable and if I were in charge I'd begin evacuating first of all non-essential personal from all embassies and missions across the middle east and then all essential staff at Embassies and missions across the middle east in nations where the governments cannot give reasonable assurance that their embassies will be protected.

It is one of the fundamental principles that almost 100% of nations agree upon.

That embassies are not fair game for ANY REASON.

Now... Unlike some people who are going to turn this whole thing in Libya, Egypt and Yemen into a pissing match about how violent muslims are, that too is bull**** and should not even come into the conversation.

Of course it's unacceptable, but it is explicable, and it has very little to do with a YouTube movie. That is being used by both sides as a smokescreen for opposition to US influence and actions in the region.

Agree that the killings are unacceptable and criminal.

Just like the 1.42 million Iraqi civilian deaths since the USA invaded in 2003.

Are civilians fair game or is it just embassies that concern the direction of your moral compass?

Did you forget Tunisia and Morroco. You do know they are protesting at our Embassies there as well. Just which Muslims are you directing others to look at.....that are non-violent?
