Hitchens has made the majority of the hay i his career off talking **** about christians.

I knew you lived under a rock man, but is that rock on a different planet? Yet somehow you know enough about an irrelevant non-name pastor from Florida to call him a terrorist.
 
I do emerge from my rock from time to time but apparently I was facing in the wrong direction when the mysterious mr. hitchens arrived on the set. Why don't you just answer my question and let go of the snarkiness? My opinions are worth no more and no less than yours. Show a little respect.

I thought your question was rhetorical. I mean, is there seriously anyone out there daft enough to not understand an incredibly simple analogy, especially after essentially explaining it twice now? Your feigned ignorance is quite pathetic, but it's all you've got, right? Go with it.

I would like to start by saying, these actions DO NOT reflect the Muslim community as a whole. My question is, if this siege went on for hours, why didn't Libya do something? They are our allies right? I mean, if a group of people attacked an embassy on our soil, I would expect us to defend that embassy with FULL Military power.


And just a lil food for thought: Intelligence officers said the attack on the Benghazi consulate was "too coordinated or professional to be spontaneous," according to a U.S. counterterrorism official.

Am old soldier like you knows that the only way to destroy the enemy, is to engage him in close quarter combat.

I don't know about our allies, but American troops can handle anything that is thrown at them.

Now, unless you can produce some casualty figures that show an increase in friendly casualties and a decrease in enemy casualties that can be attributed to koran burning, or movie makimg, then I challenge you to post them.

I'm sorry, but I'm sick to death of hearing tjat offending Muslims will get more soldiers killed. It's total bull****. It's nothing more than using our servicemen as pawns in pushing a politically correct agenda.

While I think Jones is an idiot, I have to agree that catering to the immature beliefs of a bunch of morons in robes is a bad idea. Someone needs to teach them that no matter what stupid crap they believe about Mohammed, they have to live in the real world and terrorism will never be acceptable, even if done in the name of someone's religion. The idea we should treat these retards with kid gloves because otherwise they'll act like 2-year olds and throw a tantrum is absurd.

People should never get special treatment because they have imaginary friends.

problem is that they are fighting an enemy who will do all they can to aviod close quarter combat ( and they have their hands tied behind their back) and no an American soldier can't handle anything thrown at them hence they are Human and they still die. As for a casuaties we will see over the next few days how it affects Afghan given the fact the Taliban have pledged to increase attacks and no doubt would of found a few new recruits!
 
But....has anyone found it rather ironic that when propaganda pieces like this film come out that claim Muslims are violent, murdering jerks that the terrorists turn to violence and murder as if they are disproving the point? Not to say all Muslims are like this, they certainly are not; but the terrorists sure seem more than happy to prove the contention as best they can.
