but if there were TWO discharges he wouldnt have lied?
im still confused?

have you seen an official police report or cop statement?

what Im saying is if that if the gun discharged twice, once BEFORE the video, this video proves nothing besides (im guessing by procedure) he used his gun as an impact weapon improperly.

All we have to go on but all we have to go on is what we know. Cop smacked individual a with weapon and accidentally discharged said weapon. It didn't go off because the guy reached for it, it went off because cops rings was on the trigger when he hit the guy in the head.

I didn't claim the cop said it went off during an assault? Really? Here is what I posted on page 2:

"The cop's weapon discharged. In order to explain it the cop claim Dorm assaulted him and tried to take his gun. The video proves Dorm never made a move and was walking when the cop came up behind him and pistol whipped him, accidentally firing at the same time."

You will never admit you are wrong so I don't care what you have to say.

Keep trolling and keep being laughed at. The video is why Dorm was released from jail. The video is why all charges against Dorm were dropped. The video is why the cop got charged with second degree assault by the DA. All of that has been provided in the links I gave.

You also said I never claimed the cop said the gun went off during the assault.....which I did in post #18.

So you ignore the facts and make false claims and continue to just troll....
