Joe Arpaio Investigation Closed; No Federal Charges Will Be Filed Against Him

Those are good things.....the funny thing is, many Arizonans, and impersonally know one of them, bitches about illegals but hires them because they are cheap. A friend of mine is staunchly republican (I don't equate true conservatism with republicans) but uses an entirely illegal company for landscaping. Quite ironic, right? 1. Amnesty for all illegals who have committed no other crimes.

I could mention more, but you get my drift. We don't need vigilantes, we just need to enforce the laws we have now. And perhaps work with Mexico to try to mitigate the desperation these people must feel when they are driven to walk across a desert or be smuggled in a van with twenty others.

This admin has fined many, many more businesses for hiring illegals that did the previous admin, in just 4 years. And it's enforcing the law I don't like, it's sheriff joe himself. Do you think he should have wasted taxpayer dollars on investigating Obama? That the people he's incarcerated should be treated like animals?

Blame the Maricopa county supervisors for not allowing private funds to cover the travel cost.

I support tent city if that is what you are refering to. cost effective jail.

Using the legislation that the previous admin fought to get into place (though he didn't fight that hard, Bush's weakness with a lot of republicans was his weak-kneed stance towards illegals).

And they folks in the tent cities are NOT treated like animals any more than any other jailed person in the US is. Here's a hint, don't want to go to jail, don't commit the crime.

Oh, and btw, AFAIK illegals caught in Arizona don't go to the tent city prison (unless they commited another crime in Arizona). The local LEOs call ICE when they pick up an illegal and ICE detains them. Or at least that's how it's supposed to work, ICE has checked out of the process in Arizona.

Apparently, criminal behavior justifies further criminal behavior. Only difference being, one side is "the good guys", so it's ok.
