Not sure if its true in all states but in my state you have to register before every Presidential election. Each state can make thier own voting requirements so long as it doesn't step on Constitutional rights and if it does there has to be a reasonable reason to do so. Ex: Yelling FIRE! in a theater is not protected by our right to free speech.

The one I went to required ID. I taught at one who allowed foreigners to take classes. For SS number they used 000-00-0000. But they had a student ID.

Because the laws are being implemented in a manner specifically and deliberately targeting groups who vote Democrat. That's ****ing why we shouldn't be doing it.

Thanks, I do try to read the evidence provided by all concerned. I do agree with you some reform needs to be taken, because it is a MUCH bigger problem than we are lead to believe.

When it was discovered that two, I believe, of the 9-11 terrorists had DLs in TN, the state of TN started requiring a birth certificate to get a DL.

No, but a sensationalized 'news investigator' had time to show himself knocking on a bunch of doors. If he really had some thing he could have shown just as many blurbs of 'I voted' - if he had had them.

All he had was jury summons saying they were ineligible to serve because they were non-citizens and their name also appeared on the voter rolls - NOT THAT ALL 100 VOTED.

I've read on these very pages as well as news sources that this would keep illegals from diluting my vote. They didn't give a percentage, so one would naturally default to 100%, though I didn't claim anyone said it would be 100% effective. In fact many have pointed out a flaw in requiring photo ID, is that it can be easily forged, if one is determined to cast an illegal ballot.

I merely pointed out that many of the voter registration were done during the process of getting an acceptable photo ID, as per the article.
