he told her to go home because she was wearing the attire another burger king official had authorized for her to wear to the job, knowing her religious convictionsI ignore it because the only ones makeing it about her religion are her and those that support her. The orientation instructor did his job and nothing more. He did not tell her to go home because of her religious beliefs.
he was burger king's agent. he was authorized to hire her. as burger king's agent, he authorized the religious accommodation, permitting her to wear a long skirt instead of slacksAn official who did not have the authority to change BK policy. He was the one that was in the wrong in all of this. Not BK, not the orientation instructor. And she holds some blame to for i'm sure that she knew the dress code of BK. A person would have to be deaf, dumb, and blind to not know it.
