So did the Dems, and the Dems were more successful.

Obama has been to my town twice in the last six weeks or so. I always comments regarding the cost to the city on a tv station's Facebook page. I am always in the minority. Most are awed by the "honor" of having the President come to town. Spare me. I can see it just fine on tv, and without the budget downside.

However, having said that, as much as I would like for the city to say, "We ain't payin' for nothin'.", nobody wants to be the city where the President gets shot, or whatever, so they're really between a rock and a hard place, and the choice of doing nothing isn't really a practical choice.

then you are a hypocrite and everything you say on the matter is just babble.
